What areas do you cover?
Teddington, Twickenham, Kingston, Hampton, Hampton Hill, Hampton Wick, Strawberry Hill, St Margarets, Whitton, Surbiton, New Malden, Worcester Park, Richmond, East Sheen, Mortlake, Barnes, Putney, Wimbledon and Raynes Park. If you're close to any of those and not sure, just ask.
How do I get a quote?
Phone, WhatsApp, or the contact form. Alfie comes round, looks at the site, talks through what you want, and follows up with an itemised quote within a couple of days.
Do you charge for quotes?
No. Site visits and quotes are free.
How far in advance do you book up?
Spring and early summer are busiest. For a full garden build we usually book six to ten weeks ahead. Smaller jobs like fencing runs or patio repairs can sometimes fit in within a fortnight.
Are you insured?
Yes. We carry £1m public liability insurance with Simply Business (policy renewed annually each April) and can share the certificate on request.
How long have you been doing this?
Ten years. Alfie worked for other landscapers before setting up Teddington Landscapes. We're not the team who watched a YouTube video and started a business last year.
Do you do small jobs?
Yes. Replacing a few fence panels, a small patio repair, a garden tidy, those are all fine. Not every job has to be a full overhaul.
Do you take cards or only bank transfer?
Bank transfer is preferred for the deposit and final balance. We can take card if you need to, though.
Do you provide a guarantee?
Yes. Workmanship is guaranteed for a year on every job. Material guarantees vary by manufacturer, we pass those through to you.
Can I see examples of your work?
Yes, on the portfolio page and on the @teddingtonlandscapes Instagram. If you want to see something specific, just ask and we'll send through photos of similar jobs.
