Site visit
Alfie comes round at a time that suits you. About 45 minutes. He takes measurements, photos and notes. There's no charge and no pressure.

Detailed quote
Within a few days you get an itemised quote, broken down so you can see what each part costs. If you want changes, we'll re-quote.
- 04
The build
Once you're happy, we book the work in. Most jobs run to schedule. We keep the site tidy at the end of every day.

Aftercare
On the last day Alfie walks you round the finished work, hands over any guarantees and aftercare notes, and answers questions. We're always at the end of the phone afterwards.

Do you charge for quotes?
No. Site visits and quotes are free.
How far in advance do you book up?
Spring and early summer are busiest. For a full garden build we usually book six to ten weeks ahead. Smaller jobs like fencing runs or patio repairs can sometimes fit in within a fortnight.
Are you insured?
Yes. We carry £1m public liability insurance with Simply Business (policy renewed annually each April) and can share the certificate on request.
